10 WAYS TO PREP FOR THE MOST THOROUGH CLEANING EVER:
 

• Free up a parking spot closest to the home (or garage) entry for our van and hose access.
• Relocate fragile/breakable items to a safe place.
• Clear the floor of clutter & extra, visible soiling (toys, shoes & other small items, vomit or feces piles).
• Contain pets for the duration of your appointment for their safety. The noise from our equipment may frighten some animals.
• Pick up, pin, rubber-band, or tape up full-length draperies, computer wires, or electrical cords.
• Relocate extra small furniture such as ottomans, small tables, floor lamps, etc.
• Clear outdoor walkways / entry areas of snow, leaves, or miscellaneous items (to give our hoses a clear path and keep your home cleaner).
• Make a list of your areas of concern and what may have caused any spots or stains. This helps us to target and treat them.
• If there is heavy or unwieldy furniture you would like cleaned under, please move these items prior to our arrival.
• Put a reminder note on your calendar now to book your next deep clean. Industry recommendations are once every 12-18 months for normal foot traffic households (especially if shoes are worn indoors) and ideally no more than once every 24 months for low foot traffic households.

NEW CLIENTS: Upon arrival, Susan will inspect and measure your carpet, rug, and/or upholstery areas and then discuss all of the options we offer that will meet your needs and budget with no added sales pressure. Upon your approval of your written estimate, she will start a thorough deep cleaning of your carpet areas or we can book a cleaning for a later date (if you have a quote appointment). We provide a "full-service" cleaning experience that includes pre-vacuuming. We also allow at least 2-3 hours for each appointment and do not rush your cleaning to get to the next job on the schedule.



PRICING
 

• Our 2020-2021 minimum call-out charge of $220.00 typically covers 2-3 rooms & a hallway (rooms are assumed to be occupied at 50-60% capacity with furniture or other items) or 200 sq. ft. of empty / open floor space.
• Our sq. ft. pricing for residential carpet cleaning ranges from $.60 to $.80 per sq. ft. on average.
• We do not charge "by-the-room". We only charge for the open or non-covered square footage that is actually cleaned.
• Pricing information provided over the phone is a good faith sight-unseen estimate. Our carpet cleaner will be the one to determine your final pricing once they arrive onsite.
• Final pricing is based on the measured square footage, package chosen, the existing level of visible/excess soiling, accessibility for cleaning, and any specialized spot removal or optional add-on treatments.
• If you only have a small amount of carpet (or upholstery), the minimum call-out charge will apply. This may be a consideration if you are working with a specific or limited budget.
• Pet urine and odor removal treatment (which includes the carpet cleaning) has a $275.00 minimum service charge.
• Carpeted staircase cleaning ranges on average from $3.00 to $5.00 per step.
• In-home area rug cleaning ranges on average from $1.00 to $4.00 per sq. ft. 
• Linear ft. pricing for upholstery or furniture cleaning ranges on average from $20.00 - $30.00 per foot or is priced by the piece.
• Final pricing for upholstery cleaning is based on the fabric type (cleaning of natural fibers is more), level of visible/excess soiling, accessibility for cleaning, specialized spot removal, and (optional) fabric protection.
• Ceramic tile cleaning ranges from $.50 - $1.00 per sq. ft. Optional ceramic tile sealing ranges from $.50 - $.75 per sq. ft. (this is in addition to the cleaning).
• A company owner will provide the quote and subsequently clean your carpet or furniture.
• Payment is expected on the date of service by cash, check, or credit card.
• No-Contact, over-the-phone, and touchless mobile payments are accepted.

 

We pride ourselves in providing your home with the most thorough cleaning EVER and use the best non-toxic products that are safe for children and pets. Soap-free Procyon is our pre-spray cleaner and Benefect Decon-30 is our EPA-registered sanitizer. 

Our 3 carpet cleaning packages all provide a thorough deep cleaning, starting with our basic Stainfighter package.

Sanitizer is offered in our mid-level Allergy Arrestor package (great for respiratory issues and to reduce bacteria in carpet). Deodorizer & sanitizer are included in the top-level premium package (see attached).

Our HWE (hot water extraction), or super-hot steam cleaning system (210 degrees!), is performed with an industrial truck-mounted unit with the power of up to 1500 PSI and we utilize both a wand and a RX-20 rotary cleaning tool to get your carpet deep-down clean.

Furniture and items that can be reasonably moved and maneuvered by 1 person will be done with furniture sliders (this includes most couches). Foam blocks may be used to prop up & protect other pieces of furniture. It is your responsibility to move and replace heavy/large items before & after cleaning.

Our process offers much quicker dry times than our competitors. Depending on the weather of the day and humidity levels, it always helps to switch on any fans in the home, run your climate control system, and/or open windows to accelerate carpet dry time.

Your carpet is your home's biggest filter and staying on top of timely cleanings maintains its ability to provide your home with healthier indoor air quality.

The Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) recommends a professional carpet cleaning be scheduled every 12-18 months.
